Nesosteine Lithium
Nesosteine Lithium is a mucoregulatory agent that suppresses Herxheimer microconvulsions in guinea pigs and inhibits histamine release from sensitized trachea in vitro. It demonstrates specific protection against antigen-induced bronchospasm in vivo, but not against bronchospasm triggered directly by histamine or acetylcholine.
