β-Aminopropionitrile hydrochloride
β-Aminopropionitrile hydrochloride is an orally bioavailable, irreversible inhibitor of lysyl oxidase (LOX) . It has been shown to inhibit metastatic seeding in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell models in vitro and is used in research on fibrosis, cancer metastasis, and extracellular matrix remodeling.
