Teslexivir hydrochloride (BTA074) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor that disrupts the E1-E2 protein interaction in HPV types 6 and 11, blocking viral DNA replication. It is a research tool for studying HPV pathogenesis and has demonstrated antiviral activity in both in vitro and in vivo models of condyloma acuminata.
