Antimicrobial agent-5
Antimicrobial Agent-5 is a cell-selective small molecule active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It functions by inhibiting the LPS-CD14/TLR4 interaction, providing anti-inflammatory effects against endotoxin-induced inflammation, useful for in vitro mechanistic studies and in vivo models of bacterial infection and sepsis.
