Lapatinib tosylate
Lapatinib ditosylate is an orally bioavailable, dual tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting EGFR and ErbB-2 (HER2) with IC50 values of 10.2 nM and 9.8 nM, respectively. It is widely used in vitro and in vivo for cancer research, particularly in studies of breast cancer and other HER2/EGFR-driven malignancies.
