PD-1/PD-L1-IN-26 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction with an IC50 of 38 nM. It is applied in cancer immunotherapy research, where it has been shown to enhance antitumor immunity by promoting CD4+ T cell infiltration in tumor models, supporting its use in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
