UCK2 Inhibitor-3
This small molecule is a non-competitive inhibitor of uridine-cytidine kinase 2 (UCK2; IC50=16.6 μM), a pyrimidine salvage enzyme that can bypass DHODH. It also inhibits DNA polymerases eta and kappa (IC50=56 μM and 16 μM, respectively), making it a useful research tool for studying nucleotide metabolism and DNA damage response in cellular models.
