HGGPPS-IN-3
Compound 13h (hGGPPS-IN-3) is a C-2-substituted thienopyrimidine bisphosphonate that potently and selectively inhibits human geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase (hGGPPS) . This inhibitor induces apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells in vitro and has demonstrated promising antimyeloma efficacy in vivo models.
