Tiludronate
Tiludronic acid is a bisphosphonate compound that potently inhibits osteoclast vacuolar H+-ATPase, providing antiresorptive and anti-inflammatory effects. It is used in research models of metabolic bone diseases such as osteoporosis and Paget's disease, both in vitro and in vivo, to study bone resorption mechanisms.
