FGFR4-IN-8 is a highly selective, ATP-competitive covalent inhibitor effective against wild-type and gatekeeper mutant FGFR4 (IC50: 0.5-1.6 nM) . It demonstrates potent antiproliferative activity in Hep3B cells (IC50: 29 nM) and shows moderate antitumor efficacy in Huh-7 xenograft models, supporting its use in FGFR4-driven cancer research.
