EZH2-IN-14
EZH2-IN-14 is a potent and highly selective small molecule inhibitor of the EZH2 methyltransferase, with an IC50 of 12 nM and >200-fold selectivity over EZH1. It effectively reduces cellular H3K27me3 levels and is a valuable chemical probe for studying PRC2 function in oncology and epigenetics research, both in vitro and in vivo.
