HCAII-IN-9
HCAII-IN-9 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of human carbonic anhydrase isoforms II, IX, and XII, with respective IC50 values of 1.18 μM, 0.17 μM, and 2.99 μM. It is not permeable to the blood-brain barrier, making it a useful research tool for studying the roles of these enzymes in peripheral physiological and pathological processes, such as tumorigenesis and acid-base regulation, in vitro.
