USP7-797 is a potent, selective, and orally active non-covalent USP7 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.44 nM. It disrupts the USP7-ubiquitin interaction, demonstrating anti-tumor efficacy in vitro and in vivo by inducing apoptosis and suppressing growth in both wild-type and mutant p53 cancer cell lines.
