BTK-IN-23 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK; IC50 = 12.8 nM) with superior kinase selectivity compared to Ibrutinib. It also potently inhibits the related kinases BLX and BMX. This compound is a valuable research tool for investigating B-cell receptor signaling and related oncology pathways in both cellular and animal models.
