AXL-IN-13
AXL-IN-13 is a potent, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of AXL kinase, demonstrating high affinity with a Kd of 0.26 nM. It exhibits anticancer activity by reversing TGF-β1-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), thereby inhibiting cancer cell migration and invasion in vitro, and shows potential for in vivo tumor growth suppression studies.
