Ketotifen
Ketotifen (HC 20-511) is a second-generation H1 antagonist and mast cell stabilizer used in asthma research. It also inhibits 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (PGD) in vitro and exhibits antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza virus, with applications in studying autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) models.
