(+) SHIN2 is a serine hydroxymethyltransferase (SHMT) inhibitor with antileukemic activity. Its enantiomer, (-) SHIN2, is the corresponding stereoisomer. Research demonstrates that (+) SHIN2 exhibits synergistic effects with Methotrexate in both in vitro and in vivo leukemia models.
