NYX-2925 is an orally bioavailable NMDAR modulator that increases activated Src and its phosphorylation at GluN2 subunits in the mPFC. It is used in research for CNS disorders involving NMDA receptor dysfunction, such as neuropathic pain and cognitive deficits, with studies conducted in both in vivo and in vitro models.
