JMX0293
JMX0293 is a potent and selective STAT3 phosphorylation inhibitor with strong anti-tumor activity. It induces apoptosis in triple-negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells in vitro (IC50 = 3.38 μM) and suppresses xenograft tumor growth in vivo, while exhibiting minimal toxicity to non-cancerous MCF-10A breast epithelial cells.
