LWG-301 is a potent, allosteric GLS1 inhibitor (IC50 = 7 nM) that disrupts glutamine metabolism, elevating ROS to induce apoptosis. It has demonstrated moderate antitumor activity in HCT116 xenograft models, supporting its use in cancer metabolism research both in vitro and in vivo.
