YLT-11
YLT-11 is a highly selective and orally bioavailable PLK4 inhibitor with a Kd of 5.2 nM, demonstrating potent antiproliferative effects. It induces G2/M arrest and apoptosis in vitro and has shown efficacy in in vivo xenograft models, supporting its use in cancer research, particularly for studying centrosome amplification and tumorigenesis.
