ME-143
ME-143 is a second-generation, tumor-specific NADH oxidase inhibitor with broad anticancer activity. It functions by suppressing the WNT/β-catenin pathway, demonstrating efficacy in both in vitro cell culture and in vivo animal models of colorectal cancer and other malignancies.
