OHM1 is a small molecule HIF1α CTAD mimetic that disrupts the HIF1α-p300/CBP interaction by binding the CH1 domain with 0.53 μM affinity. This inhibitor is a valuable research tool for studying hypoxia signaling pathways in both cellular and animal models of cancer and ischemia.
