Stafib-2 is a cell-impermeable small molecule that potently and selectively inhibits STAT5b (IC50 = 82 nM) over STAT5a (IC50 = 1.7 μM) . This inhibitor is a valuable research tool for studying STAT5b-dependent signaling pathways in biochemical and cell-free assays.
