WDR5-0102 is a selective inhibitor of the WDR5-MLL1 protein-protein interaction, with a Kd of 4 μM. It potently and specifically blocks MLL1 histone methyltransferase activity in vitro without affecting other HMTs like SETD7 or G9a, making it a valuable chemical probe for studying MLL1 function in leukemia and developmental biology research.
