BNC105P
BNC105P is a benzofuran-based vascular disrupting agent prodrug. Upon administration, it is converted to BNC105, which inhibits tubulin polymerization, disrupting tumor vasculature and inducing direct cytotoxicity in tumor cells. It has demonstrated anti-vascular and antitumor activity in preclinical in vitro and in vivo cancer models.
