AMG-1
AMG-1 is a selective CRAC channel inhibitor that suppresses effector T cell activity while sparing regulatory T cells in vitro. It has been shown to ameliorate disease progression in the EAE mouse model, making it a useful research tool for studying T cell-mediated autoimmunity and calcium signaling.
