AMG-628, (S) -
AMG-628, the (S) -enantiomer, is a potent and selective ATP-competitive Raf kinase inhibitor. It also suppresses VEGFR2, Lyn, Flt1, and Fms activity and has demonstrated in vitro efficacy against B-RafV600E mutant colon and melanoma lines by inhibiting proliferation and inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
