CEP-14083 is a potent, ATP-competitive ALK inhibitor with an IC50 of 11 nM, also active against the insulin receptor. It modulates T-cell identity signaling via NPM/ALK inhibition and has demonstrated preclinical efficacy in both cellular assays and animal models of ALK-altered lymphoma.
