FTR1335 is a potent and selective fungal N-myristoyltransferase (NMT) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.49 nM) . It exhibits fungicidal activity, including against fluconazole-resistant Candida strains, by blocking protein myristoylation. This compound is a valuable tool for investigating antifungal mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo research models.
