NFAT:AP-1 inhibitor-10 is a sequence-selective DNA-binding compound that disrupts the NFAT:AP-1 complex on the ARRE-2 element. It suppresses transcription of IL-2 and other CsA-sensitive cytokine genes, providing a tool for studying T-cell activation and immune response pathways in both cellular and biochemical assays.
