Ataprost
Ataprost (ONO 41483) is an orally active carboprostacyclin analog with potent antiplatelet activity, demonstrating 2.6-fold greater efficacy than carboprostacyclin in inhibiting ADP-induced aggregation in vitro. It has also been shown to relieve coronary spasm, supporting its research in cardiovascular diseases and thrombosis models.
