Orphenadrine
Orphenadrine is a noncompetitive NMDA receptor antagonist and muscarinic receptor antagonist with anticholinergic and neuroprotective properties. It inhibits HERG and sodium channels and is used in research on Parkinson's disease, neurotoxicity, and pain, with applications in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
