Ciprostene (free base)

Ciprostene is a chemically stable prostacyclin analog that induces dose-dependent hypotension and inhibits platelet aggregation in animal models. It has been clinically investigated for peripheral vascular disease and shown to reduce restenosis following coronary angioplasty.
