Panuramine
Panuramine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant synthesized by Wyeth in 1981. It is used in pharmacological research to study serotonin neurotransmission and has been applied in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo behavioral models of depression.
