Ciladopa (free base)

Ciladopa is a dopamine agonist structurally analogous to dopamine, previously investigated for Parkinson's disease. Its development was halted due to tumorigenicity findings in rodent studies. This small molecule remains a research tool for studying dopaminergic pathways in vitro and in vivo.
