Anaxirone
Anaxirone is a synthetic triepoxide alkylating agent with antineoplastic potential. It inhibits DNA synthesis by alkylating DNA via its epoxide groups and demonstrates a broad spectrum of activity against experimental tumors, including those resistant to other alkylating agents, in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
