Trichomonacid
Trichomonacid is a novel small-molecule inhibitor targeting the Mycobacterium marinum MelF protein (Rv1936) . It demonstrates bacteriostatic and bactericidal activity against M. marinum and M. tuberculosis in vitro, making it a useful research tool for investigating mycobacterial pathogenesis and screening for novel anti-tubercular agents.
