SPU-106 is a novel, cell-permeable small molecule inhibitor that selectively targets PAK4. It potently inhibits cancer cell invasion in vitro, such as in SGC7901 gastric cancer cells, by disrupting the PAK4/LIMK1/cofilin and PAK4/SCG10 signaling pathways without cytotoxic effects, making it a valuable tool for metastasis research.
