MRS2690 is a potent and selective agonist of the P2Y14 receptor, exhibiting an EC50 of 49 nM, which is approximately 7 times more potent than the endogenous ligand UDP-glucose. This compound is a valuable pharmacological tool for investigating P2Y14 receptor function in inflammation, immunology, and neuropathic pain research, both in vitro and in vivo.
