TP-110
TP-110 is a novel proteasome inhibitor that potently inhibits tumor cell growth and induces apoptosis, as demonstrated in RPMI8226 multiple myeloma cells. It functions by reducing levels of IAP proteins such as cIAP-1 and XIAP, thereby promoting caspase activation. This mechanism supports its research application in studying hematological cancers and apoptosis pathways in vitro.
