EVT-101 (ENS-101) is a selective NR2B subunit NMDA receptor antagonist, originally from Roche and now developed by Evotec AG for major depressive disorder. It is utilized in preclinical research to investigate glutamatergic signaling in depression models, both in vitro and in vivo.
