Moxisylyte (thymoxamine) is an α1-adrenergic antagonist used in research to study erectile dysfunction and Raynaud's phenomenon by improving peripheral blood flow. It is also applied in ophthalmological research to reverse drug-induced mydriasis, with utility in both in vitro receptor studies and in vivo vascular models.
