Bactenecin TFA
Bactenecin TFA is a 12-amino acid cyclic antimicrobial peptide isolated from bovine neutrophils. It exhibits broad-spectrum activity against bacteria, yeast, and the fungus Trichophyton rubrum by disrupting membrane integrity, and it has been shown in vitro to inhibit biofilm formation in pathogens like Burkholderia pseudomallei.
