Nigerose
Nigerose, a disaccharide from Acremonium, stabilizes cryopreserved HL-60 cells at 150 μM with salidroside by reducing MDA and ROS levels and suppressing LDH release. This combination is useful for research in cell preservation, oxidative stress studies, and in vitro models of cryoinjury.
