EP4 Antagonist 14
EP4 antagonist 14 is a potent and selective EP4 receptor blocker, exhibiting sub-nanomolar IC50 values in HEK293 reporter and β-arrestin recruitment assays. In vitro, it suppresses PGE2-induced expression of various M2-like macrophage markers in RAW 264.7 cells. In vivo, it synergizes with anti-PD-1 therapy to inhibit tumor growth and increase intratumoral CD8+ T cell infiltration in a CT26 colon carcinoma model.
