Bactobolamine
Bactobolamine is an immunosuppressive small molecule that inhibits IL-2 production in CTLL cells in vitro (200 μg/ml) . In vivo, it prolongs heart allograft survival in rats and enhances lifespan in liver and kidney transplant models at 200 mg/kg, supporting transplant immunology research.
