Tubulin IN 35 is a dual-action small molecule that inhibits both topoisomerase I and tubulin polymerization. It demonstrates antitumor activity by suppressing cell migration and invasion, arresting the cell cycle, and inducing apoptosis in vitro, as studied in MGC-803 and RKO cancer cell lines.
