PZ-1922

PZ-1922 is a brain-penetrant small molecule with high-affinity dual antagonism of 5-HT6 and 5-HT3 receptors (Ki = 17 nM and 0.45 nM) and reversible MAO-B inhibition (pIC50 8.93) . It has demonstrated efficacy in rodent models, reversing scopolamine-induced deficits in the NOR test and Aβ-induced impairment in the T-maze test, supporting research in neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders.
