PRO-HD1 is a potent and selective PROTAC degrader of HDAC6, demonstrating efficient degradation in A549 cells and anti-proliferative activity in Jurkat cells (IC50 = 5.8 μM) . This tool compound is useful for investigating HDAC6 biology in oncology and neurodegenerative disease research, both in vitro and in vivo.
